Position: Senior Technical Consultant
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Technical Director and responsibilities will include:
On-site installation/configuration, technical support/on-site and telephone based, configuration of servers, desktop and laptop PC's/in house and on-site.
Implementation and experience of the following systems, must include:
- Microsoft 2000/2003/2008 Server
- Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003/2007
- Microsoft SBS 2000/2003
- Remote Access Solutions
- Desktop and Server applications
Experience of Citrix solutions, Watchguard products is also desirable but not essential.
Person Profile
You must have the ability to quickly acquire and apply up-to-date knowledge of all relevant server and PC products.
You must have analytical and problem solving skills. You will have sound communication skills and enjoy dealing with people at all levels. You should be well motivated, possess drive and have reasonable understanding of business issues and the types of problems end users face.
Ideally you will be MCP or MCSE qualified or CCA. A full clean driving license is also necessary for this position.
